In 2019, the CDL-GCNS Young SDG Leaders Award attracted close to 70 teams. 10 outstanding teams had the prized opportunity to work personally with the following esteemed organisations–April International Enterprise Pte Ltd, Cargill Tropical Palm Holdings Pte Ltd, CBM Pte Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd, Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, JuhlerGroupAsia Pte Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Spic n Span and The Global Citizen Pte Ltd. The teams were successful in analysingand prioritising key SDGs of these companies. They proposed innovative ideas that increased revenue streams, decreased operating costs and created and measured meaningful impact on the SDGs.
Amidst stiff competition, three exceptional teams from local tertiary institutions emerged as winners of the 2019 CDL-GCNS Young SDG Leaders Awards.
