In 2021, the CDL-GCNS Young SDG Leaders Award attracted more than 60 teams. 10 outstanding teams had the invaluable opportunity to work personally with the following esteemed organizations: Arcadis, Armor Asia Imaging Supplies, CBM Pte Ltd, Deloitte, Ocean Network Express Pte Ltd, Prudential, PwC Singapore, Singapore Airlines, Sunseap and Tata Consultancy Services. The teams developed a proposal for their assigned company based on their respective business challenge statements, focusing on SDG 13 Climate Action.

Champion: Team Earthlings from Dunman High School, represented by Shannan Ng Xuan Jing. Other teammates were: Shannon Lim Ying Qi, Allexis Yu Yihan and Lurlene Soh Ying Zi.

First runner-up: Team Acta, Non Verba from NUS, represented by Law Li Zhe. Other teammates were: Ng Yu Bin, Ernest Teo You Cheng, Shannice Ho Xinying and Jeannine Tang Kai Wen.

Second runner-up: Team Detox Squad from SMU, represented by Slevin Chua. Other teammates were: Derrick Chua Wen Jie, Lim Si Hui Amanda and Gauri Saxena.
