In 2023, the CDL-GCNS Young SDG Leaders Award attracted more than 60 teams. 10 outstanding teams had the invaluable opportunity to work personally with the following esteemed organizations: dsm-ferminech, Quest Ventures, ANZ, TES-AMM, LGT Bank, Uniseal Creative Solutions Pte Ltd, The Global Citizen Pte Ltd, DBS Bank, Matex International Limited and KPMG. The teams developed a proposal for their assigned company based on their respective business challenge statements, focusing on SDG 13 Climate Action.

Champion: Team The Green Phenomena from Nanyang Technological University – Sravani Somisetty, Tan Hui Yu Charlene, Lee See Jie Iris, and Koh Ci Juan.

First runner-up: Team Heat Signature from Nanyang Technological University – Wee Wen Bin, Thong Peiyu, Frentzen Seow Ziheng, and Lee Jun Yong. 

Second runner-up: Team Nature Ninjas from Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore, and University of Pennsylvania – Peyton Choo E-Lynn, Chua Li-Ann, Ng Kao Jing, and Harrison Chong Yin Kai.
